Intake Session

In our initial 60-minute intake session, we’ll discuss your experiences, challenges, and goals. This a chance for you to share your story and for us to establish a comfortable rapport. We’ll identify key areas you wish to focus on during our coaching journey.

Hour 1: Mindset

In this hour we will help you uncover patterns, heal inner conflicts, and develop tools to live with clarity and balance. Tailored for individuals ready to address mindset challenges, this hour provides compassionate and action-orientated techniques. We will navigate by identifying limiting beliefs, begin to explore your inner system, your relationships using RLT and cultivate a mindset that embraces growth and change.

Hour 2: Exploring Parts Work and more

 In this hour, we’ll delve the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and Relational Life Therapy (RLT). You’ll learn about the different parts of your internal system, their roles, and how they affect your emotions and relationships. Through guided exercises, you’ll start to recognize and engage with these parts, fostering a deeper understanding yourself and others.

Hour 3: Action and Integration 

 The final hour is dedicated to applying your insights. We'll create actionable steps to address the areas you've identified as challenging. Together, we'll develop strategies to integrate these changes into your daily life, empowering you to move forward with confidence and clarity.
